Remarks: The Kali Tawa rainbowfish one of the coveted "Holy Grail" rainbowfish for collectors that was introduced to the hobby a few years ago. For a dwarf rainbowfish, they have proven to be able to stick up for themselves just fine around larger species of rainbowfish. They are easily identified by the males' bright cyan bodies, red tails, white fins, and black vertical stripe that extends down from the middle of their lateral line.
